Caffeine pills vs. Adderal

Curious how y’all think these compare in terms of both their effect and their tolerance build-up.
I’m a reguar coffee and tea drinker (2 cups of coffee and a cup of tea every workday, on average). I just took a 200mg caffeine pill this morning and I felt great, if a little jittery, for a good 3-4 hours (I assume some theanine should help with the jitteriness).
It was a very similar feeling to Adderall, which I used to get prescribed. I normally took one or two 10mg pills (of the regular, not the extended-release) with a cup of coffee about 3-4 workdays out of the week, and would be energized and focused (and a little jittery) for a couple of hours.
I really like the effect the caffeine pill had, but I’m worried about tolerance buildup. Not that I think I’ll go to higher doses (I’d never go above a safe limit, which to my mind is 4-500mg a day), but I’d hate to lose such a great effect.
